It tells the story of two schoolboys who are inspired by the film Rambo: First Blood to make their own action-adventure film, which they hope will win them a young filmmaker competition. Neglected youngster Lee Carter - the worst-behaved boy in school - has access to the home video equipment used by his bullying older brother's video pirating enterprise.

Haven't posted a classic in a while. This Hitchcock movie from 1948 was the first one he shot in color. It's also made to appear to be filmed in one contious shot in real time.

Fast Food Nation

Had some doubts about this movie, but I was proven wrong.

It's a brilliant look into the never ending vicious circle of the fast food industry and illegal immigration.

Conspiracy

If you're in the mood for some senseless entertainment, Val Kilmer just made this movie (straight to video) which is set in a small town where everyone seems to have secrets.. (yeah - another one of those movies..)

It does have some interesting, thought worthy connotations, but barely enough to hold up where the direction is lacking..

Judge for yourselves.
